Clark County Commissioner Lawrence Weekly is hosting a Small Business Tele-Town Hall meeting on Facebook Monday, June 1 at 6 p.m.
The public is invited to participate in the free event, at which Weekly will be joined by Shaundell Newsome and Ken Evans of the Urban Chamber of Commerce, Peter Guzman of the Latin Chamber of Commerce, Sonny Vinuya of the Asian Chamber of Commerce, Shani Coleman, Clark County Director of Community and Economic Development, and Jacqueline Holloway, Clark County Director of Business License.
Residents wishing to watch the town hall may do so on the County’s Facebook (www.Facebook.com/ClarkCountyNV) and YouTube (www.YouTube.com/ClarkCountyNV) channels, Clark County Television (CCTV) and the County website at www.ClarkCountyNV.gov. Questions may be submitted in advance at ccdistd@ClarkCountyNV.gov or during the event on Facebook.
“Now that Gov. Sisolak has authorized the start of Phase 2 of the state’s ‘Nevada United: Roadmap to Recovery’ reopening plan, there are a lot of questions in the business community about how to proceed,” said Commissioner Weekly. “I’m hopeful this Tele-Town Hall event will help answer questions that the business community has.”
