When the governor announced last Thursday that restaurants could re-open with certain restrictions on Saturday, it was a big sigh of relief for the restaurant scene. But in many cases, most eateries just weren’t ready to open up their dining rooms.
Some just needed a bit more time.
Following is a round-up of some Southwest-area restaurants that have now re-opened or have announced a date to do so.
Locale in Mountain’s Edge re-opened with dine-in service on Tuesday, May 12 Hours are Monday-Friday, 5-10 p.m. and weekends from noon-10.
Mountain West Eatery at 5110 Blue Diamond Road hasn’t technically re-opened its dining room as the restaurant actually opened under the shutdown. So, it’s opened its dining room. Listed hours are 10 a,.m. to 7 p.m. Monday – Friday and.8 a.m. – 7 p.m. on weekends.
Carnitas King at 6030 West Windmill Lane re-opened on May 11.
Fukuburger at 7365 S Buffalo Lane has re-opened.
Born and Raised at 7260 S Cimarron Road has re-opened with a full menu.
