The County Department of Business License is providing guidance and support to local businesses to help them navigate their reopenings, including providing a special hotline for business owners with immediate concerns.
In addition, the County Departments of Business License and Community and Economic Development created a resource guide that includes checklists to help business owners evaluate their readiness to open. The guide is available on the County’s website at www.ClarkCountyNV.gov.

The County Department of Business License has jurisdiction over businesses within unincorporated Clark County only. Businesses within the cities of Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, Boulder City and Mesquite are under the jurisdiction of those cities.
On Thursday, the governor announced Nevada would move into Phase 1 of reopening our local economy on Saturday, which allows many local businesses to reopen in a limited manner. Earlier today, the County commission voted unanimously to follow the governor’s guidelines for businesses.
Businesses that are reopening without any changes to ownership, location or the type of business they perform, will not need any additional permits or inspections from the County.
